	Milkomatic offers a full scope of industrial automation
	All you can think of we can make. Industrial automation is our passion. Our expertise and experience comes to you in a package with our enthusiasm. What it means for investors is smooth implementation and reliable operation of our systems. All our projects are special, because each of our clients is unique.


	Our assets

	Experience We have started up more than 100 automation systems, we have fed software to more than 80 PLC controllers, and implemented more than 80 visualisation systems. Our solutions are designed by our designers together with our customers. Each successive system utilises users’ comments and observations. We specialise in automation for food industry, however we have also successfully implemented systems in pharmaceutical, tobacco and cosmetic industry. We have co-operated with such companies as APV, Tetra Pak and GEA. We modernised and maintained a few automation systems from third parties. We have knowledge and expertise to guarantee successful implementation of your systems.
	Hardware and software All equipment, which we use, comes from renowned and proven manufacturers. Unless the client’s requirements are different, we prefer PLC controllers from GE Fanuc or Siemens. We propose visualisation and production management systems from Wonderware, such as: InTouch, InBatch, InTrack, IAS, IndustrialSQL, SuiteVoyager. On-site and electric automation components are tailored to the customer’s requirements. Our regular suppliers include such companies as: Endress+Hauser, Danfoss, Rittal, Honeywell, Festo, Bosch, OMRON, Schneider Electric, Siemens.

Our implementations

Dairy ROTR in Rypin
The automation system operates receipt of milk, washing of car cisterns, automatic collectors and two pasteurizers. The process is controlled by a computer. The automation system is formed of four PLC controllers from GEFanuc and two operator’s stations with InTouch software. All controllers are connected within an Ethernet network to ensure data exchange. This allowed us to provide safety devices taking into account the interdependencies between various parts of the plant. [...]

Colgate Palmolive in Halinów
The automation system operates the CIP process line washing station. We used the existing PLC central unit. Supplementary I/O controllers and automation components communicate via Profibus. Some parts may be disconnected from the system and connected in other locations. Switching can be made “on a run-time basis”. The system automatically detects a new configuration.
Most of works were done while the process lines were working. We worked on software already implemented in the controller. [...]

Milkomatic award CSI from Wonderware. CSI (Wonderware Certified System Integrator) confirm our skills and experience. For our client CSI is insurance contracts. We are happy, that our solutions and know-how are not appreciated only in Poland, but other country too.

We have started work on the newest version of software for GEFanuc controllers, i.e. Cimplicity 5.0, whose market launch took place last week. After first trials we decided to use that software in preparation of our next-in-turn application. Key advantages offered by the new release are: support for PAC series controllers and new possibilities in configuration of EGD protocol.
